Skanska’s first climate-neutral office building is being built in Malmö (Hyllie). For the project, Xact Emergency Lighting, in collaboration with Eitech Electro AB, will supply our wireless monitoring emergency lighting system Wireless Professional together with our emergency lighting luminaires KMU and KD/KL.
The 12-storey Hyllie Terrass office building will have a rentable area of 14,000 square meters and is Skanska’s first climate-neutral office building. Hyllie Terrass is one of the few projects in Sweden included in the Swedish Green Building Council’s pilot study on zero-CO2 certification of buildings. Wireless Professional – next generation emergency lighting monitoring and control
The unique Wireless Professional system from RP-Technik guarantees the control and monitoring of self-contained lights in an emergency lighting system at any time and anywhere. Every emergency or safety light registered in the system has a radio module and reports its current status and the results of the legally required regular tests to the central unit.
